Fly Fishing Paradise

Fly Fishing @ Beaverdam Falls

Private, Limited Catch-&-Release Access

At Beaverdam Falls, fly fishing access is permitted in very small numbers & at limited times. Here, you can not only stay on the property but also you can fly fish.

The quality of our stream is excellent, as is its surroundings. And, we do stock the stream twice-a-year with superb Rainbow & Brown Trout.

We own the last 3/4-mile of Sweet Springs Creek, the headwaters of Dunlap Creek, on which our neighbors, Escatawba Farms, find themselves a few miles downstream. Our privately owned section of Sweet Springs Creek is rare & unlike most streams in that it displays a constant, cool temperature & may be fished year round, retaining deep water, full of oxygen.

We recommend that our guests reserve through our friends & professional guides, Jacob Ott & Demian Wiles. Their contact information is linked below, along with their websites. They work also with Escatawba Farms, where guests can book as well. For guests who wish to fish without a guide, you can book your next fishing trip in our section, "Online Bookings." We look forward to seeing you out here!

Otters Guide Service

Demian Wiles of First Light Outfitters is happy to serve as your guide during your visit. All you have to do is make a quick call ahead of time and we’ll arrange for him to accompany you on your trip. A native of Monroe County, West Virginia, Demian has been fishing since he was twelve and guiding other anglers since 1994. As if it weren’t enough to be an expert fisherman, Demian is also a great cook. Tired of dry bologna sandwiches on fishing trips, he learned to cook and now offers amazing gourmet lunches.
