Sleeps 4 people. The perfect 1930s Crafstman-style home. Rustic, but comfortable. Located on-site at the property entrance & well-perched, overlooking the mountains & our entire property.
Beaver Ridge Retreat
Sleeps 8 people. Built in 1973, Beaver Ridge is what guests have been requesting: more beds, more space, and more amenities, like central air/heat, modern furniture, including a sleep number bed, and lastly, advanced water filtration. This home sits on the stunning 18-acre ridge plateau of Beaverdam Falls, which overlooks the Falls Basin, Creek, and Beaver Preserve. It has stunning views and connects to the Falls via a 160-ft suspension bridge.
Top of the Rock
Sleeps 2 people. Relax in high-style at the top of Beaverdam Falls. Sleep adjacent the whirling & calming noise of a gigantic waterfall & overlook the lower ponds & creek basins from surprising privacy and seclusion. Take a hike--no, really! Choose to walk down to the Falls or view it all from the Rope Bridge! Our priciest option, but as you'll see in person or from the reviews, Top of the Rock does not disappoint. Best for couples!
Falling Waters Cabin
Sleeps 2 people. Our newest onsite rental, Falling Waters is an A-Frame, tiny cabin. This site is similar to our glampsites, but is a real structure, & on the best piece of real estate on the Property: it boasts direct, full frontal views of the largest waterfall, & cascades. Online now.
Wallace Cottage (Offsite)
Sleeps 5 people. Our Greenbrier Resort-inspired off-site rental. Fabulously appointed with eclectic antiques, & located in quaint, Union, WV, just a short drive away from our property. 25 minutes from Falls
Wolf Creek Preserve (Offsite)
Sleeps 4 people. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway in rural, undeveloped West Virginia. Located in Monroe County, the Corn Crib is your own private, rustic cabin on 400 private acres. Enjoy rolling pastures, incredible views of the mountains, and swim in your own private, mile long stretch of creek. This tiny cabin has it all: off-grid lifestyle with on-grid amenities. 40 minutes away from Falls.
The Loft, Airbnb (Offsite)
Sleeps 4 people. Our newest offsite rental, located in Union, WV. The Loft is a funky, apartment suite comprised of two rooms: a full kitchen, and one large bedroom/office/living room. Think of this as an efficiency suite at a hotel, but only better! As with all our rentals, full access to the Falls & Property is included. 25 minutes from Falls.

Sweet Springs
Sleeps 2 people. Relax in one of the most gorgeous settings around, right at the "North Fork" of Sweet Springs Creek, & just below in direct site of the Falls & Upper Cascades! Here, you are surrounded by mountains, a waterfall, an undulating creek, picturesque cattails, & cascades. Here, you really are in the middle of the magic. What else could you ask for in a campsite?
