The perfect 1930s Crafstman-style home. Rustic, but comfortable. Located on-site at the property entrance & well-perched, overlooking the mountains & our entire property.
Wallace Cottage
Our Greenbrier Resort-inspired off-site rental. Fabulously appointed with eclectic antiques, & located in quaint, Union, WV, just a short drive away from our property.
Falling Waters
Our newest onsite rental, Falling Waters is an A-Frame, tiny cabin. This site is similar to our glampsites, but is a real structure, & on the best piece of real estate on the Property: it boasts direct, full frontal views of the largest waterfall, & cascades. Online now.
The Loft, Airbnb
Our newest offsite rental, located in Union, WV. The Loft is a funky, apartment suite comprised of two rooms: a full kitchen, and one large bedroom/office/living room. Think of this as an efficiency suite at a hotel, but only better! As with all our rentals, full access to the Falls & Property is included.

Top of the Rock
Relax in high-style at the top of Beaverdam Falls. Sleep adjacent the whirling & calming noise of a gigantic waterfall & overlook the lower ponds & creek basins from surprising privacy and seclusion. Take a hike--no, really! Choose to walk down to the Falls or view it all from the Rope Bridge! Our priciest option, but as you'll see in person or from the reviews, Top of the Rock does not disappoint. Best for couples!
Sweet Springs
Relax in one of the most gorgeous settings around, right at the "North Fork" of Sweet Springs Creek, & just below in direct site of the Falls & Upper Cascades! Here, you are surrounded by mountains, a waterfall, an undulating creek, picturesque cattails, & cascades. Here, you really are in the middle of the magic. What else could you ask for in a campsite?
*The Cattails campsite site is bookable only on Hipcamp. Events, fly fishing, daily visits, & tours are all booked directly through our website. Cabins, apartments, most campsites & all homes are booked through Airbnb. We now list all of our campsites on Hipcamp. (Hint: the fees on Hipcamp are much cheaper than Airbnb.)

Beaverdam Falls on Hipcamp,
All 3 campsites are now on Hipcamp, following the demise of Tentrr as our listing agent. Tentrr may be gone, as well as 3 years of our original reviews, but our campsites are back and better than ever.

Bull Pine Camper Trailer
Bull Pine is our communal space offered to all campers & guests on the Property.
Campers can cook a meal, lounge around on Wi-Fi, purchase many varieties of camp supplies such as Ice, Propane, Charcoal, & Wood.
Campers can enjoy access to a real restroom, including shower.
