At Beaverdam Falls, you not only can host your event with us in unique style & in unparalleled surroundings, but you can also stay with us in any or all of our fabulous rental options as well. We have a hardworking staff, flexibility in event costs/hosting, & really do care about your event-not the money.  As a location, we are an all-in-one event destination for those searching for something different, cool & unforgettable. 

2022-23 Wedding Packages & General Prices

Single Day Group Retreat: Starting at $500

• Yoga & outdoor business retreats; group gatherings; outdoor luncheons & catered picnics.

• Support with logistics & setup..

• Price depends on group/event needs, particularly privacy considerations guest may have with other guests at our various sites.

Single Day/Overnight Wedding Package $5,000

Includes:

• Support with logistics, wedding planner, & event setup; and, we offer help in planning & catering your event to your specific needs.

• Use of Falls property for all facets of your event, including but not limited to: meals, receptions, lodgings, etc.

• Use of Earlehurst Cottage overnight stay included for bridal suite &  for preparations/catering, & guest stay. 

• On-site parking and guest transport via golf cart to/from key points on the grounds (Maximum 200 attendees including wedding party).
• Buyout w/ exclusive recreation rights and full privacy, meaning other guests will not be present during your stay; does not include stays in other lodging options or at campsites.
• Checkout the following day at Cottage by 11:30 AM

Weekend Wedding Package $7500

Includes:

• All elements above plus:

• Full accommodations at any of the other rentals, the Wallace Cottage (offsite/onsite campsites—lodging 7-8 more people

; including full exclusive buyout & use of property for two days.

Notes:

• We shall gladly work with you with your budget, & we can cater the event & costs to your specific needs as well as to the scale of the event.
• All packages to be subject to our general conditions & property rules; these are subject to change at any time. 

• Sales tax at 5.3% is required in Virginia.

• Room tax of 5% is required in Alleghany County.

• 50% deposit and agreed contract required at time of booking

• Entire payment plus refundable security deposit required within 60 days of event.
• We can recommend caterers, florists, & event specialists. All beverages and bar service are to be by your caterers with off-site liquor licenses, not Beaverdam Falls, LLC.
• Guests must sign general liability waiver on behalf of entire group attending any wedding or event.
